WESTERN COLLEGIATE CLUB HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
2010 TOURNAMENT
The 2009-2010 conference season will culminate with the 2010 WCCHA Tournament, set to take place February 12-14, 2010 at the Schwan Super RInk in Blaine, Minnesota. The teams will be seeded according to their position in the final conference standings into the following tournament bracket:
Friday, February 12, 2010 (Home Team listed first):
First round game 1: #2 MINNESOTA (10) vs. #7 ST. OLAF (0) - 7:00 PM, SR1
First round game 2: #3 WISCONSIN (6) vs. #6 MICHIGAN TECH (0) - 9:30 PM, SR 1
First round game 3: #4 MSU-MANKATO (2) vs. #5 ST. CLOUD (12) - 9:45 PM, SR 2
(#1 ST. THOMAS has a bye into the semifinal round)
Saturday, February 13, 2010 (Home Team listed first):
Semifinal 1: #1 ST. THOMAS (3) vs. #5 ST. CLOUD (4) - 7:15 PM - SR1
Semifinal 2: #2 MINNESOTA (2) vs. #3 WISCONSIN (4) - 9:45 PM - SR1
Sunday February 14, 2010 (Home Team listed first):
Championship: #3 Wisconsin (2) vs. #5 St. Cloud State (4) - 12:00 PM - SR1
WINNER: ST. CLOUD STATE UNIVERSITY HUSKIES

Tournament Rules:
If a game ends in a tie in regulation, a 5 minute sudden-death overtime will be played. if the game remains tied, a best-of-three shootout will be held to determine the winner.
The teams are reshuffled after the first round so that #1 plays the lowest remaining seed, #2 plays the next lowest seed, etc.
