September has arrived, and the 2024-2025 WCCHA season is nearly here! As tryouts begin for many of our league members, we look forward to the open of conference play later this month in what is sure to be another exciting year of ACHA hockey in the upper Midwest.
This year, the WCCHA will feature 13 teams across two divisions. Over the course of the regular season, our members will battle to qualify for the 2025 WCCHA Tournament and a shot at lifting the Carla Berg Cup. In addition, our members will look to continue a recent run of combined success with Regional and National qualification at stake throughout the year. Will it be another record setting year of WCCHA teams qualifying for the postseason? Will we see two (or more) WCCHA teams at Nationals? Will a WCCHA member be the last team standing and lift the National Championship trophy?
Plenty of excitement and great competition awaits. Watch this space over the next few weeks as the 2024-2025 composite schedule is finalized, rosters are published, and the season gets underway.
