History/Past Seasons

Past WCCHA Champions

From 2003-2004 through 2016-2017, teams participated in a single-table league format, with each team playing each other twice in the regular season. Based upon the final standings, teams were seeded into the WCCHA Tournament, where the winner was crowned that season's WCCHA Champion.

Since the 2017-2018 season, WCCHA members play in a two-division format. Within each division, teams play each other twice, with the first place team at the end of the regular season earning the Division Championship. The top 8 teams are seeded into the WCCHA Tournament based upon the league-wide KRACH Rankings, and the winner of the WCCHA Tournament is crowned that season's WCCHA Champion.
